Dear Gr. Gr. Gr. (That is how I used to address letters to my Grandma and Grandpa Groberg who passed away many years ago.)

Thank you so much for the cabin. Our little family has been going there pretty much every year for more than 25 years. It's impossible to calculate the joy you have given to so many families. Not just your eleven children and their descendants, but often the friends we brought with us. And of course, not just the cabin, but the reminder of who you are and how you lived your life.

My grandfather set up a trust so that after he died the cabin could continue to be enjoyed by his family for many years. What a thoughtful, beautiful legacy and a great way to celebrate family! Sadly, the trust will end at the end of this year. We will all (hundreds of descendants) miss the Groberg cabin, but we have sooo many good memories.
